Personal Development & Resilience as a Founder - in English

Starting a new business is a demanding and challenging process in every aspect, and one that significantly changes a founder's life.  

This workshop is an opportunity to review and explore participants' experience of being either sole founders or working as start-up teams. It will  particularly focus on leadership, team dynamics, resilience and other personal development issues and skills.

Apart from short inputs, the course is designed to be experiential and particpants will have ample opportunity to explore and discuss their particular situations and relevant personal and professional issues. In addition, experiential exercises will provide incentive for reflection, exchange and discussion.

The workshop also aims to encourage participants to share common challenges as well as useful learning and best practice.

The workshop is lead by Anna-Kristin David who is an organizational development consultant, executive coach and moderator with 25 years of experience in the field of leadership development with a special interest in personal and professional change.

Due to her master's degree in psychology and her experience with start-ups and transformation processes her workshop will be of great value for the workshop participants.
