In a city as fast-paced as Berlin, it’s easy to prioritize survival over connection. We often focus so much on the "doing”…the studies, the career, the hustle…that we lose sight of our need for genuine, nourishing connection.
This dialogue-based workshop is an invitation to pause and connect. Hosted by Taylor Coburn, who shares tools and stories from 18 years of evolving as an international person in Germany, this immersive workshop is there to support you in shifting from merely navigating the city to truly thriving within it.
What We’ll Explore Together:
Nourishment & Community
We believe connection happens best over a shared table.
We will therefore provide:
Bring a Taste of Home: Participants are warmly encouraged to bring a favorite homemade snack to share with the group.
Come as you are. Let’s practice the art of heart-first connection, together.
About the trainer: Taylor Coburn is a US American who's called Berlin home for 15 years. She was never "normal." In that time, she's navigated life in a foreign country, lost her father, became the first in her family to earn a Master's degree, and built successful careers all while living with depression and ADHD, and learning what it actually means to thrive as her true self. Today she supports people in creating a life of wellbeing and thriving that fits their unique structures and strengths.
